This one is written for your tenants. Send them the link to this page along with their invite.

Accept your invite

Your landlord sends you an invite, by email or as a link in a text.

  1. Open the invite link.
  2. Tap Create account, or Sign in if you already have one.
  3. If you created an account, check your email and click the confirmation link. It brings you right back to the invite.
  4. Tap Accept invite. You're in.

Invite links expire after 14 days. If yours has expired, ask your landlord to send a new one.

Check your rent

The top of your portal shows your rent for each place you rent: the monthly amount, the due day, how much your landlord has recorded as received this month, and a status: Due, Partially paid, Paid, or Late.

Other charges

If your landlord bills you for something beyond rent, like a utility bill or a late fee, it shows under Other charges with the amount, due date, and status. Tap View bill to see the bill your landlord attached. Pay it the way you usually pay your landlord, and they'll mark it paid.

Report a repair

  1. Tap Report an issue.
  2. Say what's wrong and add details: where it is, how bad it is, and when it started.
  3. Choose how urgent it is. Pick Urgent for anything about health, safety, or damage that's getting worse.
  4. Add photos if you can. They help your landlord see the problem before anyone comes out.
  5. Tap Send to landlord.

Your open requests show on your portal as Received or In progress.

Message your landlord

Tap Message landlord to send a message. Everything stays in one place, so neither of you has to dig through old texts.

Your privacy

You see only your own lease and unit. You never see your landlord's finances or anything about other tenants.
