Using UnlockAbode
UnlockAbode is software that helps independent landlords manage rentals. You may use it to manage properties you own or are authorized to manage. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for complying with the landlord-tenant laws that apply to you.
Your account
Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't use the service to break the law, harass anyone, or upload content you don't have the right to.
Pricing
Free for up to 4 units; paid plans as shown on our pricing page, which is the complete fee schedule. We won't move features you already have behind a paywall, and there are no setup or cancellation fees.
Leaving
Cancel anytime, yourself, no fee. Export your data in one click. We don't hold your data hostage — that's a promise, not a setting.
The boring but necessary part
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and UnlockAbode is a tool — not your accountant, lawyer, or financial advisor. Always verify anything that matters.
