Invite a tenant to the portal

The tenant portal gives your tenant one place to reach you and report problems — and gives you a written record of all of it.

Send the invite

1. Open the Properties tab and navigate to the tenant's unit.
2. Tap Invite to tenant portal.
3. If the lease has the tenant's email on file, we email them the invite directly. Either way you also get an invite link you can copy and text them — whichever reaches your tenant faster.

What your tenant sees

The link takes them to a signup page already connected to their lease. They create a password and land in their portal, where they can:

• Message you — replaces the scattered texts.
• Report a maintenance issue, with photos taken right from their phone.
• See their lease basics.

Things to know

• Invites expire after 14 days. If one lapses, just send a fresh one from the same place.
• Tenants only ever see their own lease and unit — never your finances, never other tenants.
• Tenant didn't get the email? Have them check spam, or copy the link and text it — the link works either way.
